Meaningful research goes beyond collecting data - it uncovers the evidence organisations need to make informed, confident decisions. Every project is built on robust methodology, thoughtful analysis and a deep understanding of the industries I serve.

I'm interested in the story behind the data and am passionate about finding the insights that leads to success for my clients. With extensive experience across the tourism and cruise sectors, including roles with major cruise and hotel brands, I am an internationally recognised researcher and consultant specialising in tourism and cruise tourism. My work has been widely published in both academic and industry publications.

Beyond tourism, I have worked with organisations across a range of sectors, delivering strategic research, thought leadership and actionable insights on key challenges. While working as a researcher with Deloitte, I crafted insights focusing on issues facing UK and Middle East businesses including the impact of AI (including agentic and generative AI), the changing workforce in the UK and marketing trends. By translating research into actionable insights, we helped organisations make confident, data-driven decisions that support commercial growth.
